A ROMAN PALAZZO
After proposing an urban plan for the Via Giulia, the plan concedes to the public space of the streets, making for an irregular condition. In order to regularize an irregular plan, our class took on age old principles of space making, proliferated by architects of the Renaissance. The proposed research library contains a two rooms that are perfect cubes in volume- a reading room and a rare books room that are prominently located.
